Over the course of their mission, the trio managed to defeat the film’s antagonist while O’Conner and Fuentes ended up developing a romance....

The Federal Communications Commission has announced that it will vote later this month on rules that would require all carrier and cable companies provide call blocking technology to customers. This comes after Congress passed the Traced Act, and President Trump signed it into law. The law requires the FCC to come up with rules to require voice providers implement the Shaken/Stir protocol to authenticate calls. Fast and Furious spinoff director David Leitch says the upcoming Hobbs and Shaw film will be an ’80s-style buddy movie. After 8 movies and $5.1 billion in worldwide grosses, the Fast and Furious franchise will get a bit of a shakeup. With Fast and Furious 9 not coming until 2020 at the earliest, the next film in the series will be a spinoff featuring Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw, the characters played by Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham, respectively....

In Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindlewald, it’s theoretically possible that Gellert Grindelwald lied to Credence Barebone about being Aurelius Dumbledore. As the latest Fantastic Beasts movie and installment in the Harry Potter franchise, The Crimes of Grindelwald focuses more on the rise of Grindelwald in Europe and teases WWII. While these are obviously world and franchise-building plot points that will be fully realized in future sequels, Fantastic Beasts 2 also provides a number of twists for franchise fans to ponder over for the next two years....
